The 100

The CW’sThe 100proved from the start that it was uncoerced to vote down characters . Two delinquents that died before the Dropship doorway opened were trial impression enough that it was a fell world . As time went on , the deaths did not let up , and even if they were not all main graphic symbol as fourth dimension go on , there were still many lifespan lose .

Enemies and friend are lost often , and it is not rare to find a conversant face in danger of losing their life sentence .   While every death is grievous , some did more to affect the report than others .

The 100 Poster

Atom

Atom might not be a recognizable name for a lot of fans , but his expiry was actually incredibly significant forClarke Griffinand Bellamy Blake . Atom ’s was the first biography Clarke deal in the series   — after he implore Bellamy to kill him .

Caught in back breaker haze in the woods in the first time of year , Atom suffered unbelievably . He begged for Bellamy to end his distress , but it ’s Clarke who take a tongue and did it . She seek to give Adam some ataraxis , humming " All The Pretty Horses " while she did , a instant that cameback around in the show ’s last time of year .

The Culling

After the 100 teenager were sent to Earth , the Ark was still in fuss . It did n’t have enough oxygen to make living there feasible . There was a plan by the space place ’s government to merely get rid of some extremity of the population , but that ’s not exactly what chance .

Instead , when the viability of the Ark was made public knowledge , the people on board register some of the best of humanness . 320 of those who lived on the Ark opt to sacrifice themselves so that the ease of humanity might have a chance to make it . It ’s one of the first present moment in the serial publication that shows there ’s hope in bitchiness of the darkness .

Russell

Russell Lightbourne lived many lifetimes as a Prime on Sanctum . Though he initially had noble intent , he eventually became obsessed with power and his own guilt at killing his family during the first Red Sun . Though Clarke might have wanted him dead , she was n’t the one to take him out .

Instead , that was Sheidheda in Russell ’s mindspace . Eliminating Russell changed the big threat to humanity in an blink of an eye . Sheidheda became the self-aggrandising bad , disrupting the plot line at Sanctum and threatening the very cosmos of the human subspecies by interfering in Cadogan ’s desire for ascendance in the last time of year .

Bellamy

Bellamy had one of the most interesting character arcs of the entire series . He was selfishly motivated when he debut . His only goal was to ensure his little sister Octavia was safe and that he stayed out the Ark ’s prison house . finally , Bellamy became a hero , and he wanted to save all of mankind , ending the warfare he constantly incur himself swept up in .

Bellamy go bad by Clarke ’s gun when his newfound religious belief threatened the life-time of Madi . That death shift the dynamic of the group of survivor at the shopping mall of the show in a pocket-sized elbow room : they began to question what they knew . Though they all still fought for one another , and they all reach to make certain the people they like for most survived , they also all begin to truly wonder about the possibleness of ascension and what it might mean . Bellamy ’s last , though hated by fans , made his Friend mean about what was next instead of what was contiguous .

Cadogan

Cult drawing card or genuine believer ? It was hard to tell with Cadogan , justly up until the end . He seemed to believe what he was say , but he also seemed more concerned in pretending to have the right answer and reconnecting with a memory of his daughter than he did actually ascending . None of that ended up count since Clarke shot him distributor point blank in the middle of his final test .

Cadogan would have take the final test to seal humanity ’s fate if Clarke had n’t straight up murder him , justifying her actionsas " justice " for Madi . If Clarke had n’t kill him , however , Raven never would have been able to step in and get humanity a do - over . Cadogan ’s last made sure that it was n’t just the voice of Cadogan and Clarke speaking for everyone this clip .

Wells

For shock value or not , Wells Jaha ’s death made it clear thatThe 100was unforced to kill off significant character . As the Chancellor ’s son , Wells was already an enemy to several delinquents as his father had floated many of their parents . Wells was a constant monitor to several members of the hundred of what they hat about the Ark. Wells ' death instigated hanging Murphy for his fate , even though Murphy had n’t stamp out Wells .

Charlotte

It was Charlotte that killed Wells . Young and frightened , Charlotte saw Chancellor Jaha in her nightmares and had to face Wells when she woke up . Although Murphy was initially blamed for Wells Jaha ’s demise , she profess to his execution as the delinquents hang Murphy , giving Clarke enough fourth dimension to issue the roofy and preserve him .

After being run by Murphy , and guilty for her actions , Charlotte jump off a cliff . Charlotte ’s last lead to the confederation between Clarke and Bellamy when they decide to make the rules together instead of run their camp base on chaos .

Finn

Finn was not the first person to die at Clarke ’s paw , but he was the first to make such a massive impact . Finn had sealed his fortune after murdering several ingenuous , unarmed Grounders in their hamlet . Lexa ’s initial postulation to correspond to an alinement was that Finn dies for his actions .   Clarke ’s choice to mercifulness kill Finn save him from going through excessive torture and pain in the neck . With Finn ’s death , an official partnership organize between the Grounders and Skaikru to save their people from Mount Weather .

Josephine

Josephine Lightbourne did not make her first appearance until season six . However , her death was the event that place Russell and Gabriel on a journey to bump a agency to play her back to life . finally , they succeeded in bringing Josephine ’s mind back to life through another person ’s eubstance . The uncovering leads to the cosmos , and ultimately immortality of the Primes . time of year six emphasizes the repulsion of Josephine ’s immortality asshe briefly bring control of Clarke Griffin ’s soundbox .

Conclave

The Conclave caused the deaths of several , but given the circumstances , it   still counts . There is one final Conclave to determine which Clan receive to survive Praimfaya in the trap . In the destruction , Octavia is triumphant , but the death of the other warrior were not in bootless . Octavia declaredthat the bunker would be shared by every Clan , each submitting one - hundred penis .

The Conclave mark the deaths of Roan and Luna . As many believed that Luna was the last Nightblood , her destruction , and Ontari ’s before her , also pass the Grounders to think that the time of the Commanders was over , and they turn to Octavia to lead Wonkru .
