Loki was never the most physically impressive villain in the MCU . His crony Thor could easily outwit him in a fight , but Loki was so herculean because of his cunning . He was able to trick people and manipulate them advantageously than anyone else , like faking his own decease or willingly getting catch by the Avengers .
finally , those acquisition seemed to get a fleck rusty . He was no longer the overbold mortal in the room and his tricks were getting predictable .
